For 10 years my primary focus has been the California market, but as people have moved around the US, I've expanded to meet that need, always striving to help banks attract top talent making a difference to their bottom line.

I have successfully opened new markets for banks by finding a very successful Team Lead along with a team of Commercial Lenders. One way to put loans on the books is to hire a team that has worked together previously, the ramp-up time is lessened and they get down to business much quicker without the time lag of getting to know how to work together. 

Along with my team based in Washington State, I have a network of recruiters that I know and trust that cover the West Coast; Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho & Nevada.  I am open to working with amazing candidates across the US that want to move into one or out of any of these areas.

With the market in short supply of that perfect candidate, I have managed to fill very tough positions when the bank has exhausted all resources. Filling positions in all areas of the bank from Credit, Commercial, Retail, Operations, to the C- level.

I also have  11 years of experience in Advertising and Marketing.

For the last 3 years, I've enjoyed working with our local high school senior class on their value proposition, helping them put together the value and talents they bring to the job. We've seen the benefits for them in real life.
